Our Method of In-Home Sleep Studies
Alternatively, home-based sleep diagnosis can now be done in the convenience of your own bed. This involves a small portable device that is designed for convenient use in the home, ensuring fast and accurate results.
Never before has it been so easy and convenient to diagnose your sleeping and sleep breathing pattern and sleep issues. And you do not even need to visit your doctor! That’s right, you can order your own sleep study directly from this website and our board certified sleep specialist will analyze the results for you.
Practical, Convenient, Affordable Sleep Study
Our solution to better sleep is more convenient than a sleep study at a local sleep clinic. Our solution is more cost effective, works with your schedule, and can be done in the convenience of your own bedroom.
No doctor’s office visits, no sleep center!
Our sleep solution is done in your home, through the mail, and couldn’t be easier when compared to a traditional sleep study. No strange beds. No sleeping in an industrial sleep center while attendants watch you.
We work with you, through the mail and email, in the privacy of your own home. You handle your own testing, in your own bed, at your own convenience and we analyze the results. It’s really just that simple. No hospital or sleep center visits, no messy insurance paperwork or being labeled as a pre-existing condition or high risk. You test yourself and we evaluate the results.
A physician who is Board Certified in Sleep Medicine provides thorough medical reports with treatment recommendations to you. From there, we give you the options for in-home treatment… the same options (or better) that you get from seeing a sleep specialist, only thousands of dollars less!

First step: a simple questionnaire
The first step is to fill out our online questionnaire. It can be found on the “Getting Started” menu above. From this online quiz, you will immediately know if you are a candidate for further in-home sleep testing.
We send you the testing device, you use it in your own bed. Once we have your contact information and a brief sleep history, we will contact you to set up the first phase of your sleep testing. We will mail you a device that monitors your sleep in the comfort of your own home. You simply wear a device while you sleep in your own bed. This state of the art device is easy to hook up and wear. It monitors your sleep and gathers 8 channels of information for analysis.
- Nasal Flow
- Thorax Effort
- Abdominal Effort
- Finger Oximeter
Step 3: We analyze the results
Once completed, you ship the device back to us, where the data and your sleep pattern is analyzed under the supervision of our board certified sleep specialist. This data will help us determine if you are a candidate for a device called an APAP machine, which will assist you with your breathing. No surgery. No pills. Just a small mask and machine on your night stand can make all the difference in how you sleep.
Step 4: Your own AutoPAP machine
Now that you have been tested, you know the solution that works, it is time for you to purchase an APAP machine. We sell the best APAP machine on the market. It’s made in America. It’s so advanced that it has a smart card which allows you to monitor the quality of sleep each morning, or once a week. It’s up to you.
